A qualified accountant, he holds a Bachelor of Commerce Honours in Accounting and Information Systems (2007) and is an alumnus of the Stellenbosch Business School Executive Development program.

Throughout his career, Farai has held key leadership roles, including Finance Manager at leading manufacturers such as Rhodes Food Group, Thokoman Foods, and Noko Milling. He later progressed to senior operational roles, serving as General Manager and Chief Operations Officer at Noko Milling Group. He has also worked alongside reputable Business Rescue Practitioners, contributing to the successful turnaround of a major milling company in Polokwane. Farai has a proven track record in strategic financial management, cost optimization, operational efficiency, and multi-site process improvement. His core expertise includes developing and executing financial strategies, leading CAPEX projects, and driving cross- functional collaboration to enhance production and supply chain capabilities.
